Two days left before the trip and guess what we are doing???

Well I have finally started our blog. I spent 30 minutes last night starting this and I lost everything. So, this time it will be shorter.

We have been busy packing and moving this weekend. But it has been only in between fire calls. The last one was about 4 hours long and very interesting.

Paula is the one in the white helmet and my mother is the one carrying the fire extinguisher. Pretty amazing crash. The rear of the 1-ton van is only being supported by the safety chains of the trailer. Don't even ask how they got it out.

So, this is our blog. And we both will be entering posts to it. So, you will have to figure out who is posting as you read it. I am guessing that it will be obvious. We will try to keep it updated as much as possible while we are on the road. And you can comment to any of the posts if you want. So, be nice because I would be nice to you. (Ok, Paula would)

Here is a few photos of our new home for the next few months.

It should be fun.

Good luck. You better buy a Ford to pull that giant trailer you have.

RJ and P were seen in Kentucky today mostly sleeping or eating. They are headed west in the morning. Wonder if we can slip a dog in with them....

Nice photo of your rig at our farm, but I cannot believe you did not get any pictures of animals in the upside down position!!!! Tanner is home safely for Boy Scout camp. There is actually skin between the bug bites and NO poison ivy. He is sorry he missed seeing you all. Expect to hear from him as he keeps up with your journey. Spunky Elizabeth misses you!
